Cancellation policy
PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY
Last Updated: October 18, 2025
1. Initial Agreement & Subscription Terms
All one-on-one coaching agreements with JSimsCoaching require a minimum commitment of four (4) months. After the initial 4-month period, coaching will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled in accordance with this policy.
2. Cancellation Notice Requirement
Clients may cancel their ongoing coaching subscription at any time after the initial 4-month period, provided they give 30 calendar days’ written notice.
-
Written cancellation requests must be submitted via:
-
Email: jsims@jsimscoaching.com
-
MyPTHub Messaging System
-
-
No other forms of cancellation (social media, text, or verbal) will be accepted.
3. Billing & Refunds
-
Clients are responsible for ensuring cancellation requests are submitted before the next billing cycle.
-
If a client submits a cancellation notice after a payment has been processed, the payment for that cycle is non-refundable, but access to coaching will continue until the end of that paid period.
-
All recurring payments will cease 30 days after the official cancellation request is received and acknowledged.
4. Freezing Coaching
Clients are entitled to freeze their coaching under the following conditions:
-
Medical Freeze: For medical reasons, with supporting documentation from a licensed healthcare provider.
-
Personal Freeze: One-time freeze of up to 30 days for any reason.
During a freeze, billing will be paused, and the 30-day notice requirement for cancellation will resume once the coaching period resumes.
5. Continued Billing & Acceptance
By continuing to participate in coaching after the initial 4-month term, clients acknowledge and agree to continued monthly billing. Failure to cancel properly constitutes acceptance of continued charges.
6. Non-Refundable Conditions
-
Payments already processed cannot be refunded.
-
Requests to cancel outside the approved written methods will not be honored.
-
Clients remain responsible for any payments incurred due to failure to provide proper notice.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback instead of following the cancellation process outlined above is considered a breach of contract. JSimsCoaching LLC reserves the right to dispute any chargeback with documentation of billing, communications, and client account access.
