RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy

All sales made through JSimsCoaching LLC are considered final. Due to the nature of digital coaching services and instant access to materials, refunds are not issued except where explicitly stated under the Money Back Guarantee policy outlined below.


2. Refunds for Online Coaching (Money Back Guarantee)

JSimsCoaching LLC offers a conditional Money Back Guarantee available only to first-time online coaching clients under the following terms:

To qualify, the client must:

  1. Complete 30 consecutive days of active participation, meaning:

    • Submit all scheduled check-ins through the assigned platform (MyPTHub).

    • Log and submit consistent weigh-ins.

    • Upload progress photos when requested.

    • Track and complete assigned workouts within the app.

  2. After 30 full days, if the client believes no measurable, visual, or performance progress has occurred, they may request a refund within 7 calendar days immediately following the 30th day.

  3. The refund request must include proof of effort, demonstrating full compliance with the program as listed above.

  4. Failure to complete any required check-ins, logs, or progress submissions voids refund eligibility.

If approved, refunds apply only to the initial payment made and are not available for renewal or subsequent billing cycles.


3. Digital Products

All digital product sales, including but not limited to training programs, nutrition guides, or downloadable files, are 100% final sale.
No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be granted for digital products under any circumstance, due to instant access and intellectual property protection.


4. How to Submit a Refund Request

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via one of the following official channels to be considered valid:

Refund requests sent via Instagram, text, social media comments, or any channel outside of the above will not be recognized or processed.

Your written request must include:

  • Full name and email associated with the account

  • Purchase date

  • Statement requesting refund under the 30-Day Guarantee

  • Attached proof of effort (as outlined above)


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By enrolling in coaching or purchasing products, the client agrees to follow the official refund request process before initiating any bank or card dispute.

Initiating a chargeback instead of using the approved process is considered a breach of this agreement.
JSimsCoaching LLC will provide documentation of service delivery, app usage data, access logs, and client submissions to dispute any unlawful chargeback.


6. Non-Refundable Circumstances (No Exceptions)

Refunds will NOT be issued under any of the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind or loss of interest

  • Financial hardship or inability to continue payments

  • Failure to make time to use the program

  • Lack of participation or missed check-ins

  • Expectation of results without program compliance

  • Request made after the 7-day post-30-day guarantee window


7. Right to Refuse Refund

JSimsCoaching LLC reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the full eligibility criteria listed above.
All decisions are final once review is complete.
